ryusu.id Portal

Terms of Service

Effective 4 August 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of the ryusu.id Portal. The Portal is a private workspace provided to our clients alongside a project engagement — it is not a public product, and access is by invitation only.

1Agreement to these terms

By signing in to or using the ryusu.id Portal ("the Portal") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Portal on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation, and "you" means both you and that organisation.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Portal. Where a signed agreement between ryusu.id and your organisation covers the same subject matter, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

2The service

The Portal gives project stakeholders a single place to follow delivery: project summaries and progress, work items and their schedules, open actions, risks, and minutes of meeting, together with printable progress reports.

The Portal is provided as part of a project engagement. We may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves.

3Accounts and access

Accounts are created by invitation. You may sign in with the password you set from your invitation email, or with Google Sign-In using the same email address.

  • Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account with others.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at jose@ryusu.id if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Your organisation's project lead may request that your access be added, changed, or removed.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access data belonging to another organisation, or attempt to bypass the Portal's access controls;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Portal, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
  • scrape or bulk-extract data by automated means without our written permission;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Portal;
  • use the Portal to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

5Project content and ownership

Project content — including work items, actions, risks, minutes of meeting, and uploaded files — remains the property of the organisation it belongs to. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Portal and delivering the engagement.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to submit it. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

6Confidentiality

Project content is confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except to the service providers who help us run the Portal, or where disclosure is required by law. You agree to treat information you access through the Portal with the same care and not to disclose it outside your organisation without authorisation.

7Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In is optional. When you use it, your interaction with Google is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We request only your basic profile and email address, and we use them solely to match you to your existing Portal account — see the Privacy Policy for details. You can revoke the connection at any time from your Google account settings without losing access to the Portal.

8Availability and support

We aim to keep the Portal available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the Portal offline for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs, and will give notice of planned downtime where practical.

Support is provided through your usual project contact, or by email to jose@ryusu.id.

9Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10Our intellectual property

The Portal itself — its software, design, and branding — belongs to ryusu.id. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Portal for the duration of your engagement, and transfer no ownership in it.

11Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if access poses a security risk, or when the underlying engagement ends. You may stop using the Portal at any time and ask us to close your account.

On termination, your right to access the Portal ends. Project content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and in the agreement with your organisation. Sections that by their nature should survive — confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law — continue to apply.

12Disclaimers

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Progress figures, schedules, and reports in the Portal are working project information. They are provided for coordination and are not a guarantee of any delivery date or outcome.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ryusu.id is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Portal.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Portal is limited to the amounts paid to us under the relevant engagement in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Portal changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For material changes we will notify account holders by email before they take effect; continuing to use the Portal after that means you accept the updated terms.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of Indonesia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its confidential information or intellectual property.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
